Kanha was enrolled in the community preschool by his parents. Her age was right for schooling and her parents believed that going to school could help her prepare well for grade 1. Her physically and mental health was fine upon enrollment. She sanitizes and dresses well because she is well taken care of her mother. Kanha lives with her parents and grandparents. She is a single daughter in her family. Her mother does not have a job so she stays at home to take care of Kanha, and sometimes she is hired planting or harvesting rice, so that earns some money to support the family. Her father is hired collecting mango and earns 5 USD a day. He works far from home so he comes and visits the family once a week. The family lives in a difficult situation, lacking of foods, rice and money to support their children. Through your support, Kanha can access to substantial resources, such as education, nutrition and other services that are important for children's development.
